The app is provided as-is

One Day a Line is a solo-developed indie app. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for data loss, sync issues caused by iCloud outages, or any indirect damages arising from use.

Back up your entries

Although the app syncs to your iCloud private database, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Use the Export feature in the Profile screen periodically if your diary is important to you.

Acceptable use

You may use the app for any lawful personal purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse CloudKit infrastructure through the app.

Shared diary

When you share a diary with another person, you are giving them read and write access to that notebook. Choose your partner carefully. The app does not mediate disputes between co-owners of a shared diary.

Updates

Future updates may change or remove features. The developer will give reasonable notice for breaking changes via in-app messaging or this site.
